This dress had some good basic elements, it just needed some fine tuning. I love the collar and the ruffle trim at the bottom. All I did here was bring the sleeves up to cap sleeves and take in the armpit and bust area.. I added a belt at the waist to create a much more feminine and pretty shape!
Also, apparently I un-gothed myself? Should've been more consistent with the lipstick before & after. :)
